What can you expect from my service?
When you ring MyPC Surgery, I am always happy to provide free, no obligation advice. If you want to proceed with a repair or upgrade, we can arrange for a mutually convenient time for you to drop your machine off at the surgery. If you live within a five mile radius, I can actually collect your computer if that is more convenient. Of course, I can also undertake repair work at your own home, although as you will see from my pricing page, that does attract an additional cost.
I will diagnose any problems with your computer within the first hour of looking at it and let you know what additional work and/or what new components would be required to complete the repair job. I will always quote you, and seek approval to proceed, before carrying out any work over and above the initial diagnosis.
I will then ensure you are kept up to date throughout the time I have your machine and will do my upmost to meet the agreed timescale for completing the job.
Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure that your data is always securely backed up, prior to bringing your machine into the Surgery. Although I will always make the effort to protect and backup your hard drive before undertaking major repair work, MyPC Surgery can make no absolute guarantee to protect or restore client data as part of any of my services.
Treat my customers exactly how I would like to be treated myself
– that is the simple motto here at My PC Surgery.
