I was referred to MyPCSurgery by a friend and I certainly owe him a beer for it.  Peter was able to recover all my data from my LaCie NAS after it failed to connect to my mac and a bunch of other computers.  As it was the only storage for the bulk of my precious family photos I was stressed to the max. Fortunately Peter was able to recover all the data and shipped it back to me on a neat little 500GB HD which will come in handy.
All in all I couldn’t recommend his service more highly. Excellent communication and incredible value for money. Thanks Peter

Having never used My PC Surgery, I selected Peter because he is one of the few in Bristol offering Mac repairs, and his website was clear, concise and informative.  When I rang Peter and discussed the problem, he was able to initially diagnose the problem over the phone, free of charge. 
Even though it was a Sunday evening, Peter welcomed me to drop my iMac over.  He kept me informed every step of the way regarding progress, clear costing and delivery of parts.  My iMac was ready promptly and was cleaned internally free of charge!  I am thoroughly impressed with My PC Surgery’s service from start to finish. 
I have two old laptops that also require work on, and will have no hesitation leaving them with Peter to rectify. I am so pleased to now have an established and experienced Mac and PC contact.
