When my laptop crashed a few weeks ago… I picked Peter at random from Yellow Pages. Despite it being a Friday night, Peter asked me to drop the laptop in to him so that he could take a look at the problem. He was going on holiday on the Sunday so he quickly got to work and it was up and running on Saturday… in addition to working on the laptop itself, he offered some sound advice to help me in carrying out future recoveries myself.
