Having never used My PC Surgery, I selected Peter because he is one of the few in Bristol offering Mac repairs, and his website was clear, concise and informative. When I rang Peter and discussed the problem, he was able to initially diagnose the problem over the phone, free of charge.
Even though it was a Sunday evening, Peter welcomed me to drop my iMac over. He kept me informed every step of the way regarding progress, clear costing and delivery of parts.
